    How do I choose the correct charging station power level?
    There are two things to take into consideration when determining the charging power of your EV charging station: The vehicle model: 1. If the vehicle model supports up to 7kW of charging power, select a 7kW charging station. 2. If the vehicle model supports up to 11kW of charging power, select a 11kW charging station. 3. If the vehicle model supports up to 16/21kW of charing power, select a 21kW charging station (modelX, modelS). 4. If you will be charging two or more electric vehicles, consider a 21kW charging station, which is compatible with 21kW, 11kW, and 7kW electic vehicles. The update and iteration speed is fast. The electricity meter: 1. For a 220V single-phase electricity meter, select a 7kW charging station. 2. For a 380V three-phase electricity meter, select a 11kW or 21kW charging station.

    Our charging stations can be used by all new energy vehicles that implement global charging standards, and they are compatible with 99.9% of electric vehicles on the market. That being said, the recommended charging power can differ depending the model of your vehicle, so please be sure to select a charging station that supports your vehicle's ideal charging power. If you provide me with the brand, model, and year of the car you have in mind, I can help you confirm compatibility.

    What is the output current of the charging station?
    According to power, it can be divided into the following: 7KW is suitable for 220V single AC power, with an output current of 32A, using a 3-core 6- square cable. 11KW is suitable for 380V three-phase AC power, with an output current of 16A, using a 5-core 2.5 square meter cable. 22KW is suitable for 380V three-phase AC power, with an output current of 32A, using a 5-core 6-square cable.

    What is the charging speed of your product?
    According to 1Kwh, it can travel 6.5km, The 7KW charging station can charge 45.5km per hour, The 11KW charging station can charge 71.5km per hour, The 21KW charging station can charge 143km per hour.

    How to calculate charging time?
    Answer: In 220V/32A mode, the theoretical charging power is 7KW/h, which means charging 7 kWh per hour. The theoretical range for one kWh is 6.5km. Taking Tesla Model 3 (Standard Range Edition) as an example, it has a full charge range of 445km. It takes about 9 hours to fully charge.
